1.7.18 Going vegan for 22 days

I started reading The 22 Day Revolution recently to start my 22 day plant-based diet. Yes, that means I’m going vegan temporarily to see if I can pick up some healthy eating habits. Mostly to feel energized, lose some extra pounds, and just become overall healthier as I enter into my mid-thirties.

Also, it looks like I don’t have to give up eating tacos…
