The 22 Day Revolution diet is definitely challenging. This entire day I have been daydreaming about the food I would like to eat, like Thai or sushi. Also, many times I have found myself craving snacks at the office. This challenge encourages you to eat 3 solid meals only, and not really any snacking in between. Going without snacks is probably the hardest part about this diet. Oh! And giving up caffeine. And basically everything a normal human enjoys eating/drinking.
This evening, we had a cauliflower salad. Bleh!
